Bihar Panchyati Raj Department will appointed ten thousand young professional.candidate should have excellant acedemic background.This appointment will perform renovation work of Gram Panchyat in the state.Every panchayat one Panchayat secretary will be appointed for monitoring of work. Because lowest authority has been fully damage.Rural development work like Road,Nala , hospital, & Public amenities are constructed with low category material. Its requires investigation by engineer.It is the main problem of the Panchayat that no proper books of Account is maintained . Hence at Panchayat level one accountant will be appointed for maintaining proper books of Account.

Name of post :Panchyat Secretary
Number of post : 01 for every Panchayat.
Name of post : Accountant cum Assistant
Number of post :  One Accountant will be appointed in every Panchayat.
Name of post : Junior Engineer
Number of post : One J.E  for three Panchayat.
Qualification : Candidate should have Engineering degree from recognised university .
Name of post : Assistant Engineer
Number of post :Every block one A.E will be appointed.
Qualification : Candidate should have degree in Engineering
Name of post :  Executive Engineer
Number of Post :one for each commissionery level. 
Name of post :  Chief Engineer
Number of Post :One for state level.
